We thank you God for your loving instruction manual.
Page after page of divine wisdom.
I want you to make it to heaven!

The Bible teaches us that we will find success in life and the afterlife if we have faith in God and follow through with our faith.
We follow through with our faith through our actions.
We must read our Bible to understand what faith is and how to follow through with it.
God is so loving that he sent his son to live amongst our distant ancestors for a while to teach us and lead us in all that is right, holy, and good - but many have been mislead regarding his death...
We are told that "God made us and Jesus saved us."
We are told that "Jesus died to save us from our sins."
We are told that "all you have to do is believe."
These over simplified statements have mislead many into a false assurance of their salvation.
Jesus did not suffer on the cross to be carelessly disrespected.
He died on the cross for those who turn to God.
God is a loving God who is full of mercy for those who repent and turn to Him.
God does not push people away, people push God away.
"Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
James 4:7 ESV
"Draw near to God, and God will draw near to you."
James 4:8 ESV
We risk spending an eternity in a terrible place if we fail to heed Gods warnings...
"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, fools despise wisdom and instruction."

The Bible is our instruction manual.
We must study it, apply it, and share it!

A Prayer for 2026!
Dear God,
Thank you for the opportunity to share a prayer with those whose eyes have landed on this page.
Proverbs 1:7 says, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction."
God, there are so many people in this world who have heard the Good News of salvation through Your Sons sacrifice on the cross but dismiss it or take it for granted without sufficient understanding of what the Bible actually teaches us about it.
We all need salvation. Your Word teaches us that salvation is obtained through faith and our follow through with it, sincere repentance and course correction when we make mistakes, righting wrongs when we can, and having love for you God, love for our neighbor and obedience to Your Word.
I am afraid that many people have a false assurance in their salvation. Matthew 7:13 says, "Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life and those who find it are few."
Perhaps these are important scriptures to convey... They are easily overlooked but highlight a truth that so many need to know!
I pray for everyone to read the Bible starting with educating themselves with important scriptures regarding salvation.
I pray for unbelievers to become believers with a growing desire to follow Your Word God.
I pray for believers to grow in their faith and understanding of the Bible so they can better share its truths with others.
Psalm 119:105 says "Your word is a light to my feet and a light to my path. I pray God that many will follow this well-lit path through meaningful study of Your Word.
